"I love the rain the most"

The weather today was perfect rain weather. It was the kind of rain that you can actually call rain. The kind that comes down in large drops and not small sprinkles. I especially like how it makes the upcoming springs colors like the grass and flowers pop. All this rain reminded me of wanting to dance and jump in large puddles like Gene Kelly does in one of my all time favorite movies, "Singing in the Rain". Hopefully, it will just keep raining and not turn into snow...hopefully.

That's one of my favorite movies too! I've been loving the rain too. Especially when you can stay inside where it's safe and warm, and watch it fall on the window.

I have never seen that show, but I love the rain too. And I am with you, hopefully it doesn't turn to snow!

Does it bring back wonderful memories of us playing in the rain? I thought that on my drive to work, if only it was a little warmer we could re-enact our fun! I loved that night! I think it is one of my favorite memories with you.

I LOVE that movie. We bought it recently and I'm trying to get James hooked on it. I think he likes it, except he gets annoyed when the songs run through his head for days afterward. But, hey-they're great songs!

I love the smell of rain too, except for when it smells like worms. And I love watching the rain poor down. It is amazing how the very next day the trees had blossoms. Like you said it literally does "pop" out the next day.
