The shoes that will never be...

About a year ago when I went shopping for my brand new baby boy, I found some very cute clothes that I was so excited for him to grow into. Among the many cute things I found were these shoes:

Cute right?

Well, yesterday when I pulled these out of he closet to test them out on Oliver, I was very saddened. Oliver's feet are too big and fat. Once again, another pair of shoes go back into storage in hopes that maybe my next child will get use out of them.

I like to call his feet hobbit feet...minus the thick toenails and hair.

We use to call my nephew's feet hobbit feet too. :D

And Aaron's feet are more like Oliver's too. He hasn't been able to fit a single pair of Peter's old shoes yet because his feet are just too chubba.

Darn those hobbit feet! I totally called my feet hobbit feet right after I had Teagan. I never had any swelling before he was born...but soon after I seriously had hobbit feet...even a little hairy!

That sounds like Joshua. I didn't even buy him any shoes because when he was born his feet were so long. He didn't get shoes til he was about 16 months. He just wore socks and mockasins. He still outgrows his shoes very fast.
