18/40 weeks

This is day number 128 and I'm 18 weeks pregnant! I have 152 days or 22 weeks left, and I am 45.7% of the way there.

This week is going to be one of the most exciting weeks ever! Tomorrow I get to go to the doctor to get more pictures of the baby. This is technically the Anatomy ultrasound where we could find out the gender if we wanted to and since we're not, I'm just excited to see baby and to hear it's heart beat! I'll have those pictures to post soon!

Stansbury Island

Last weekend I did an overnight backpacking trip with the young men it was about ten miles. The young men did great and we had a wonderful time.
Moose got to try his backpack out and he loved it. I was also greatful I didnt have to carry 5 extra pounds.

The Kitchen

This shows how far behind I was pretty much the whole time.

It turned out to be a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Stanbury Island is a place where everyone goes to shoot guns and its kinda like a desert but it was quite pretty.
(If anyone knows how I can make it so I can click on the picture and make them big that would be great. I can do it with the first picture but I would like to do it wiht the rest as well.)

Week 15/40!!

I have 169 days or 24 weeks left, and I am 39.6% of the way there. Baby's age since conception is 97 days or 13 weeks. I have pictures, but I just haven't had time...more like the desire to post any. The hardest thing about this week has been wondering if being sick will ever go away. The best thing has been Luke playing with my flabby belly and talking to Baby. It might not seem like it to anyone else, but I can already see my belly sticking out and I love it!

Bag Guy

Some people buy a lot of shoes or watches. I buy bags. I will buy bags that are supposed to be used for certain things but I use them for something else. Most of the bags I buy are camping and backpacking bags. Using our REI dividend we got a diaper bag. It is the Mountain Hardwear Memo. It is used as a school bag but we like it for a diaper bag. This summer for high adventure we are doing a 50 miler and I am taking Moose along. Instead of carrying extra dog food I bought him his own backpack. If he wants to go he has to carry his own weight. So far he seems to like it but we will see. So 2 new bags to add to the pile-o-bags.
